H. James Smith

Term: 2015-2018

Jim Smith has been president of the ADN board since its beginning in 2004. He works as an Everence Financial Services Representative and Stewardship consultant. Jim  is a member of Pleasant View Mennonite Church, Goshen, Ind. He enjoys life from a power wheelchair perspective.



Milton Stoltzfus

Term: 2017-2020

Milt Stoltzfus has been part of the ADN board from the beginning in 2004. Milt works as coordinator of spiritual nurture and community life for Friendship Community in Lititz, Pa. He attends New Beginnings Brethren in Christ Church, Ephrata, Pa.


Keith Neuenschwander

Vice President

Goshen, Ind.

Term: 2015-2018



Keith Neuenschwander is a financial advisor with Edward Jones Investments in Goshen, Indiana. He resides in Goshen, where he attends Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church. Living with a form of muscular dystrophy, Keith brings firsthand experience of using a wheelchair for mobility. 




Linda Christophel
Goshen, Ind.
Term: 2014-2017
Linda Christophel joined the board in 2014. She brings experience as a licensed clinical social worker in public school settings, where she has served students who have many different kinds of challenges. She is a member of College Mennonite Church, Goshen.

Peter Graber
Elkhart, Ind.
Term: 2016-2019

Peter Graber works in marketing and communications for Mennonite Mission Network, Elkhart, Ind., and brings years of experience in development and donor cultivation. One of his adult children lives with multiple disabilities. He is a member of Sunnyside Mennonite Church, Elkhart.

Debra Lee Eisenbise
Ex-officio Board Member
Kalamazoo, Mich.
Term: 2015-Nov 2017


Debbie Eisenbise came to the ADN board in 2015, serving as staff liaison with the disability ministries of the Church of the Brethren. She pastored many years in a congregation with many persons with disabilities. She attends Prince of Peace Church of the Brethren, South Bend, Ind.


Kathleen Nofziger Yeakey

Kathy Nofziger Yeakey became ADN's executive director in 2015 and serves on the board in an ex-officio capacity. She is a member of North Goshen Mennonite Church.
