Connections was first published in June 2005 as a successor to an earlier newsletter called Dialogue . Starting in 2006, Connections has been published quarterly in a print edition.  Copies have been made available in PDF format for each issue. 

In late 2009, an online version was initiated.  With the first edition of 2010, the electronic versions of Connections were expanded and promoted to save costs and promote greater environmental awareness.
