ADNet invites you to share your digital photos with us for use on ADNet Online, the Congregational Accessibility Network (CAN) website, and in our print materials. 

We are especially seeking two types of photos:

• People photos - Pictures of people with or without obvious disabilities doing a variety of ordinary activities.
• Accessibility photos - Pictures of accessible features, especially those related to religious congregations or buildings.  For an overview of the variety of accessible features, browse under the Survey Overview section on the Congregational Accessibility Network (CAN) website.

Digital photographs should be in JPG format and at a high enough resolution to be useful for both web and print purposes.  In most cases a resolution of 800 X 600 is sufficient.  Please keep individual files under 10 megabytes. 

Please upload photos directly by means of the special uploader in the right column.  Up to 4 photos at a time can be uploaded.  For each photo, follow these instructions:

• Select the Browse button and find the photo file on your computer. 
• Under "Title" give your photo a title. 
• Under "Short Description" you are welcome to place any further description or explanatory notes. 
• Note: You do not need to do anything with the pull-down menu.  All photos should go into the default "UploadPix" directory.

When you have uploaded 1-4 photos, select the "Upload" button at the bottom of the form.

Photos will be reviewed for appropriateness before being placed anywhere visible on the site.  You are also encouraged to fill out the form below giving us additional information about the photos and a confirmation of your permission.  If permission is conditional we will attempt to honor your conditions as best we can. 

However, with or without the form, by uploading photos, you are agreeing to the following statement:

I hereby give permission for the non-exclusive use of the pictures I upload for publicity purposes in print, multi-media, and Internet materials developed for the purpose of promoting Anabaptist Disabilities Network (ADNet) and its programs.  In addition, any persons pictured in these photos have given their permission as well for the photos to be used in this way.
