ADNet is collecting additional stories of congregationally based supportive care networks formed around dependent adults with disabilities or mental illness. As we gather stories, we are asking questions such as these:

• What has worked and what hasn't?
• What are the model's strengths as well as its limitations?
• What are experiences of families and congregations that could inspire and encourage others toward a fuller sense of community?

There are a number of ways you can share your story. 

• Send a manuscript.  If you already have a story written up, you can send it in the mail or attach a file to an email message. 
• Request an interview.  You can also arrange for one of our staff to informally interview you either in person or over the phone. 
• Send your notes.  We will write your story based on your notes and contact you with any questions. 
• Fill out our Supportive Care feedback form.
